Make Any Sound Bigger
Some sounds are recorded well, sit at the right level and still feel too small in the mix. Upsizer FX is a universal audio effect that increases the perceived physical size of any source, as if the instrument, drum, voice or sample itself had become larger.
Upsizer keeps the original performance at the center and builds carefully shaped supporting layers around it. These layers add scale, body and weight while preserving the clarity, impact and musical identity of the source. The result is not simply more volume or a wider stereo image. The sound itself feels bigger.
SIZE controls the entire transformation. Use lower settings for a subtle increase in body and presence, or turn it further when you want the source to feel significantly larger and more substantial.
Dedicated Source Profiles adapt the processing to different types of material. BODY TUNE lets you focus the added body where it works best for the source. In Full Mix mode, the control becomes MIX ROOT, keeping the additional body musically connected to the track.
Use Upsizer on individual instruments, vocals, drums, synths, guitars, samples, loops, buses or full mixes. Whether the input is mono or stereo, the original remains clear while the additional layers build a larger sound around it.
Virtual Stage FX moves sounds deeper into space, Nearizer FX brings them closer, and Upsizer FX makes them feel larger.
A Bigger Source, Not Just a Wider Sound
Upsizer does not rely on a single widening, saturation or loudness trick. It combines subtle supporting layers around the original, so the result is perceived as a larger source rather than simply a louder, brighter or more widely spread sound.
A guitar can feel as if its body has grown, a drum as if its shell were physically larger, and a thin synth sound can gain much more mass, depth and scale.
Each demo below plays the same source first bypassed, then with Upsizer FX on.
