Control Perceived Distance and Presence
Nearizer reshapes the cues that define perceived distance and presence, giving you direct control over how close and immediate a sound feels in the mix.
Use it on individual sounds, groups, loops, or full mixes whenever you want to change their perceived proximity and presence.
Nearizer FX is built around two simple controls: Nearness and Density. Nearness shapes perceived proximity and directness, while Density lets you control weight and solidity independently.
Rather than relying on volume or EQ alone, Nearizer coordinates attack, room balance, spectral focus, stereo information, dynamics, and harmonic processing as one connected chain. Ten user-selected Source Profiles let you tune that response for different material.
Nearizer is not a de-reverb or restoration plugin. It is not designed to erase ambience or reconstruct a completely dry recording. Instead, it reshapes perceived proximity while keeping the original room and character part of the sound.
Nearness
Dial in anything from subtle forward focus to a strong shift in perceived proximity with one main control.
Density
Add solidity independently from the Nearness setting. Keep it lower for a cleaner, more open result, or increase it for more body and harmonic weight.
10 Source Profiles
Choose Universal, Vocal, Drums, Bass, Acoustic, Electric, Keys, Synth, Pad, or MIX. Each profile changes how the processing chain responds to the selected material.
